We are only a small company, and therefore only a small account, but I think it is occasionally worth commenting on a business relationship. It is therefore probably overdue to tell you that I am consistently impressed by the quality of service we get from Grosvenor. Of course things sometimes go wrong, and there are occasional wrinkles and confusions, but I have come to take for granted your fast, clever, and helpful service. In many ways, it is the handling of the problems that is the test of good service.

I do some purchasing from the internet, but I know in contrast that when we ring up with one of our convoluted and changing itineraries, you and your colleagues will quickly and imaginatively sort out a sensible flexible and economic solution, and then politely rearrange it for us when it all has to change!

A few years back, I moved much of my business to T****, in search of better prices. But I drifted back in the last few years simply because you do what I describe above just so much better, and you were tending to find better deals.
